An awareness program on anti-human trafficking was organized in this school. The aim was to make the students aware of the trends and drawbacks of human trafficking and child marriage. Though the girls were aware of human trafficking to a great extent, their interest to know more about it was enormous. They were united to use the helpline numbers and seek help from the police as and when required. At the end of the workshop, the students were bold enough to take the initiative to prevent human trafficking and become more alert. In the end, a Swayangsiddha group was formed with the students who were eager to raise awareness on the issues discussed and to hold various programs to achieve the same. These Swayangsiddha members will list the school dropouts and organize a procession to carry forward poster campaigns. Moreover, they would carry out the awareness campaign in nearby villages.
